We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. For this reason, we have a refund policy that gives consumers the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the first transaction. Whether you have changed your mind or simply no longer need the document you purchased, we want to make sure you have the opportunity to get your money back.

If you find yourself in a situation where you need to request a refund, all you need to do is click the “Refund” button within 14 days of receiving your document. Once you have initiated the refund process, you will be refunded the entire amount spent. As simple as that.
How to authorize the refund
Please note: Even if you have received a passport, driving license, ID card or certificate and decide to change your mind within the 14 day period, you can still request a refund. However, we require that the document be returned to us before we can authorize the refund. This is to ensure that our company’s policies are followed and the document is not misused or duplicated.
When returning the document for a refund, we ask that it be in the same condition in which you received it. This means that the document should be undamaged and in its original packaging. Once we have received the document and confirmed its condition, we will issue the refund immediately.
